In the event that our client may not be able to travel to the Laboratory, we dispatch a team of Professionals to do sample collection from home or office and have results relayed back to them in the most convenient way through hard-copy, email or WhatsApp.
Newborn Screening
This is among the most common type of genetic testing. In some countries, it is required that newborns be tested for certain genetic and metabolic abnormalities that cause specific conditions. This type of genetic testing is important because if results show there’s a disorder such as congenital hypothyroidism, sickle cell disease or phenylketonuria (PKU), care and treatment can begin right away.

X-Ray
Our X-Ray department is well known for production of high quality diagnostic images, interpretation and reporting of such images for patient management. Body parts examined here include but not limited to Chest, wrist, foot, finger, hand, ankle, knee, shoulder, cervical spine, lumbar spine, thoracic spine, pelvic, elbow, abdominal, PNS, and fore arm X-rays.
Ultrasound scan
Our Ultrasound scan machine is also available for obstetrics/ gynaecology, abdominal, trans-vaginal, testicular, Doppler, neck, joints, pelvic and musculo-skeletal imaging.
Haematology Department
On top of the usual rapid diagnostic haematology tests of Malaria Antigen, Typhoid, HIV, HCV, HBV, H.pylori Antibody and blood group, our Laboratory has got modern equipment to perform Haemoglobin electrophoresis, Reticulocyte Count, Full Blood Count and other Haematological Parameters. We are able to produce a comprehensive Film Comment and identify haemoparasites through smear examination. We establish reaction titres (dilutions) for Brucella Agglutination Tests (BAT), Typhoid, Cryptococcal Antigen (CrAg), Anti-Streptolysin O (ASOT) and Rheumatoid Factor. The coagulation studies of PT/INR and APTT are done on the automated Coagulation machine. D-Dimer, Coomb’s Test (Direct and Indirect), ESR, and CD4/8 counts are the other tests performed here among other tests.
